Collars is an app-based solution to bridge the gap in the blue collar labor shortage. By allowing applicants to create a full profile complete with pictures, videos, and supplemental documents; it empowers them to be more than a resume. When they swipe on employers to show interest in a job, the employer then gets to know the applicant, their work, and their passion instead of blindly taking a chance on a resume. Once there is mutual interest, the app opens a chat between the applicant and employer to further the hiring process and schedule interviews. We look to advocate for tradespeople and business owners, and modernize hiring for trades and blue collar jobs. Collars-Get to Work!
