Collab&Play Information

We are a social impact enterprise that exists to help new parents navigate career development and parenting in harmony, minimizing the separation anxiety that often comes during the first years of a child’s life. Collab&Play started out as a coworking and collaboration space that offers on-site childcare. We were the very first of its kind to open in Los Angeles. For three years, we focused on providing an innovative way for parents to work and connect while children play. We found out that we can elevate our impact by educating and assisting companies, coworking spaces, conferences and events to implement flexible on-site childcare in order to create more inclusive and family oriented work environments. We believe that to make an organization genuinely inclusive; childcare needs to be part of the conversation.
