Collaborative Practice Toronto is an interdisciplinary group of over 130 collaboratively trained professionals working together to promote respectful conflict resolution for families going through divorce or separation. This team-based approach is a safe and open way for spouses to work through their issues, protect their family's best interests, and avoid lengthy and adversarial court battles. It is part of an international movement to change how conflict is resolved in family law. Affiliated with the Ontario Collaborative Law Federation, Collaborative Practice Toronto exists to facilitate the exchange of information and resources between collaborative professionals, provide training to new collaborative professionals, and to assist in public awareness.
