In my private practice, I am dedicated to helping my clients find clarity, focus, and self-awareness. I believe that this is the driving force behind any great career decision. Once this is established, I assist job seekers in integrating this self-awareness into strategic action phases, which target their desired employers or life choices. I am passionate about career development and use future-focused and strength-based counseling models that move people forward in their lives. Through this process, I believe that people do not change; rather they just become clearer versions of who they already are. Obviously, we all have our blind spots, so providing an objective viewpoint often assists the client in their process. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor and an MBTI Certified Practitioner. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and Career Development from Colorado State University.
