Collaborant specializes in organizational interventions designed with working in mind. Perhaps the greatest snake oil sold and bought in the 21st century is the idea that you can sit people in a training room, lecture at them with slides for a few hours, and then expect their deeply ingrained human behavior to dramatically change.
