When your results depend on many people and organisations working together, collaboration can be the hardest part. Collabforge designs and facilitates collaborations that deliver. Since 2009 we've designed, facilitated and advised nearly 600 collaborations in the public sector, with government, research, peak bodies and other organisations. Our work is grounded in Collaboration Design, a methodology built on founder Dr Mark Elliott's PhD research at the University of Melbourne and refined over hundreds of projects.
