CoLiberate is a social enterprise enabling the emotional and mental health support capability of Aotearoa. Our goal is to ensure every single person has someone they can rely on to notice, reach in and offer support when they are struggling. We believe that the way forward for a brighter mental health future for Aotearoa is to transform workplaces into ecosystems of care. We’re shifting the longstanding narratives, attitudes, and belief systems underpinning the current culture when it comes to mental health, enabling people to view their working world through a lens that is more aligned with positive well-being outcomes for themselves and their peers. We co-create with organisation’s effective and sustainable workplace peer support networks, deliver confidence-boosting skills training and evaluate the impact of our interventions ongoingly. We know that people are at the centre of every business and supporting their mental health is incredibly important to us. We are lead providers of Mental Health First Response skills training in New Zealand delivering it all over the motu.
