Whether a candidate or client it is the same that is our skill, that is our strength and that is why we have an excellent record in successful candidate client matches that have generated repeat business and recommendations - a business that has grown organically, we don't waste time making a set number of business development calls a day, we don't "sell out" candidates, run "fishing" marketing campaigns to try to gain new business, instead we concentrate at what we are recruiters and ensure that we offer the highest possible service to all. For Clients we have a standard 10% recruitment fee, and that is 10% of starting basic salary, we don't ask for upfront or working fees, we ask for payment once a candidate is offered and accepts the position.
