Cold Chain Capital is an industrial holding company focused on the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration industry ("HVACR"). We invest in middle-market companies in North America, South America, and Europe. Investment typical size is $20M-$150M, but larger investments are possible through co-investment. We target companies which are OEMs/Manufacturing, in service/installation, and in wholesale/distribution. We seek equity-control and are active in business transformations and roll-ups.
