Collaborative IT (colabIT) is an IT Infrastructure company passionate about solving our customers business issues. colabIT is co-owned by Janice Jordan, CEO and Ravi Pillay, Sales Director. Janice has over 30 years experience in the IT industry having built very successful IT reseller companies prior to purchasing Aptronics KZN which then became Collaborative IT Solutions. We are a passionate and driven team of individuals who are energetic and who thrive on business challenge which we take very seriously. Our business culture is authentic and real and we are a down to earth bunch of people who are also really fun to do business with. Our business has had phenomenal growth over the past four years and we have put it down to the fact that we all love what we do, we love helping customers, we love giving brilliant service and it shows in the loyal customers we have retained and grown as our own business has grown. colabIT has a fantastic Leadership Team with a wealth of knowledge in their fields, Ravi Pillay co-owner and Sales Director of the business has had many years of great success in marketing and sales, Charmaine Sewell our Technical Operations Director who manages our technical team and ensures that our projects are managed with the outmost attention to detail and precision. We as the Senior team are all actively involved with our clients on a daily basis and there is no problem too big or too small that one of us cannot attend to or cannot solve for our clients and with our collaborative business approach there have been very few problems, we have not been able to solve over the years.
