Cohousing Projects is een coöperatieve vennootschap die een professionele dienstverlening voor cohousing aanbiedt. Naast het verlenen van expertise aan groepen, overheden en grondeigenaars, investeren we in geschikte sites voor het ontwikkelen van cohousing projecten. Via de coöperatieve structuur kan iedereen meehelpen aan het realiseren van een groter cohousing aanbod in Vlaanderen. Elke aandeelhouder is mede-eigenaar en krijgt een stem op de Algemene Vergadering. Op deze manier kunnen burgers en investeerders meehelpen om meer mensen te laten genieten van het wonen in cohousing.
