Cohalan Downing is a member firm of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and consequently adheres to the guidance set out in the RICS ‘Red Book’ Valuation Standards 6th Edition and is bound by the RICS/SCSI Rules of Conduct. In addition, the company comes under the remit of the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) and has subscribed to the Authority’s Code of Practice for Property Service Providers.
