COGNOSCERE provides support to research, analyze, assess, collaborate, plan and manage information technology systems which span the Department of Defense. With a focus on information systems supporting commands and agencies within the US Navy, DISA/OSD, Military Sealift Command (MSC), Marine Corps and the US Coast Guard. We provide RELEVANT INSIGHT through strategic analysis, planning and management of information technology. COGNOSCERE is founded on more than 30 years of experience in computer engineering, defense acquisition, systems engineering, federal contracting, military service, systems development, concept and strategy development, systems deployment and operation, program management and financial programming. We employ open source technologies and methodologies to ensure broad use and adoption of work products.
