CPG specializes in blending proven qualitative and quantitative research methods to characterize cognitive challenges and produce solutions for improving how people think and learn. We are an interdisciplinary team of leading edge thinkers and collaborators. Our researchers and scientists come from the fields of Cognitive and Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Adult Learning, and the Military Sciences. Several of our employees possess extensive military experience. The CPG team has participated in and contributed to the cognitive science revolution, and its members have made or been instrumental in several significant breakthroughs in this discipline over the past 25 years. Contributions include scientific papers, practical applications, workshops, and critique of decision support and training systems in several domains and industries.
