Our private practice located in Florham Park, NJ is committed to providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals, family and couples in a warm and nurturing environment. Cognitive Change is a multidisciplinary group of experienced, authentic and compassionate mental health professionals who provide a broad range of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure & Response, and Substance abuse which allows us to serve a variety of clients. We have seen immense success using CBT in depression, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, anger management, & relationships.
