Cofounderie Information

Cofounderie builds and embeds software and AI teams for startups, scaleups and Fortune 500 companies. You get a battle-tested team embedded inside your organisation, building and running your technology from within it, rather than outsourcing to unreliable contractors or a software house that builds just enough to get signed off and is gone by launch. Your team, your asset. It works at full productivity from day one. You direct what gets built. Hiring risk, replacements and the mundane logistics of running the team sit with us, so you can stay focused on the business. Your team arrives already knowing each other. They have spent months together on real, demanding work, coached as a unit on engineering and design craft, and on the team mechanics, process and documentation that decide whether a team ships, with the people who did not fit filtered out long before you met them. We staff anything from a team of four to multiple squads of fifty or more. We supply technical leadership too, if needed. Our principals come out of Google AI and Amazon AI, hold distinctions in AI research from renowned research centres and Apple awards for apps they have launched. Products we run process more than 100 million user-generated events a month. The goal is to take the tech team risk out of your company. Let's Get Go-ing!
