COFO - Coliving Founders Information

At COFO - Coliving Founders, we believe coliving is much more than just a place to stay. It’s a movement built on shared values, authentic connections, and unwavering support for those who create it. That’s why we’re working to build an international network of authentic, community-driven colivings—spaces that go beyond hospitality to create genuine experiences and true belonging. We’re committed to setting high standards for the industry, creating an ecosystem where founders can collaborate, share ideas, and overcome challenges together. At the heart of everything we do is the belief that every guest should feel a warm sense of welcome, comfort, and community, no matter where they are in the world. Our work is about more than just spaces—it’s about forging partnerships that enrich the coliving experience, safeguarding the authentic values that define it, and making sure the term “coliving” is never diluted by inauthentic spaces. By 2025, we aim to expand COFO’s global impact and bring together even more founders and communities through traveling meetups and shared experiences. For guests, this means a consistently high-quality stay and a true sense of connection. For founders, it’s about support, innovation, and shaping the future of coliving together. And for the industry as a whole, it’s about preserving what makes coliving so special: authentic human connections and a genuine sense of home. We’re here to co-create the future of coliving—and we’re inviting you to join us.
