Coffey Architects is a design-led, light-obsessed, London-based architecture studio. We have a reputation for highly crafted projects that delight and creatively add value for our clients. Whether masterplans or housing, commercial or cultural buildings, we choreograph the demands of strategic objectives, budgets, deadlines and delivery for great results. We deliver projects of all scales to tight design and construction deadlines, offering value through considered strategic and intelligent thinking. A talented and ambitious group of architects, our ability to deliver is based on significant experience working on exceptional projects with well managed teamwork. We have been instructed by some of the UK’s leading developers, including BritishLand, Argent, Ballymore, London Square, U+I, Stanhope, Pegasus Life, and Lendlease. We have a particular interest in design-led social housing, and worked with the London Borough of Croydon to design and deliver housing across 10 sites. Our large, complex schemes include international projects, such as the completed 400,000 sqft Cloister workplace in Qingdao, China; and we have delivered cultural projects for internationally renowned institutions, including the British Film Institute and the Science Museum Group.
