Coffee Ithaka was founded in 2015, our core business is sourcing conventional and certified coffee from Ethiopia. Over the following years, as our business expanded, we began to offer coffees from other origins. Our knowledge and understanding of the East Africa region make us specialists in what we do, adding value to our customers and export partners alike. We operate through our trading and operations office in Lisbon and our Ethiopian office in Addis where we have a dedicated team running our quality and logistics department. Our presence in both parts of the world helps us to deliver the best service, quality, price mix to our customers, while also focusing on our suppliers’ needs.
