Coello was founded in 1997 with a desire to contribute with new perspectives and approaches that could help people thrive and increase their well-being both individually and in social contexts. Ever since we entered the market, we have taken pride in being highly educated and up to date on the latest research, which is one of the reasons we experience such high degree of loyalty from our clients. We live our passion, we are enthusiastic about our job and we are proud to continuously deliver high quality services to our customers. We consider it a privilege to work together as sisters who care about each other and know each other very well. To make use of our different strengths and resources in an optimum manner, we have taken a variety of long-term courses, enabling us to be great professional business partners. Many of our clients are looking to improve the room for diversity and we consider ourselves highly qualified to help them on this matter. We were brought in an international environment, we have worked on four different continents and we currently live and work in two different countries. We help people perform. We develop teams, people and relationships by merging systems thinking, play and strength based work. Our customers know what they want to achieve. We provide the tools and methods needed to achieve customers goals. We are learners ourselves and continuously invest in our own learning to provide our customers with the best solutions. Our customers are all passionate about improving their business e.g. small businesses, schools and global retail companies and so are we. We work where our customers are and deliver our services in Danish, Swedish and English.
