CODOR helps operators solve recurring operational and reliability problems across energy and industrial assets. Most organisations know where their problems are. It is the equipment that continues to affect performance. The maintenance issue that consumes disproportionate attention. The recurring failure that keeps returning. The process that everybody works around because it has become normal. The challenge is rarely identifying the problem. The challenge is finding the time, expertise and capacity to investigate it properly and see it through to resolution. Between us, we have worked across power generation, asset management, reliability engineering, maintenance leadership, operations, dispatch and energy trading. We have spent our careers dealing with critical industrial assets and the operational pressures that come with them. CODOR was created because we believe too many organisations are left carrying problems they know they should solve, but never quite find the time to address. We also believe too much consultancy stops at reports and recommendations. Our role is to help operators identify root causes, implement practical solutions and improve asset performance. Whether that means investigating a major failure, solving a chronic reliability issue, improving operational visibility or supporting long term asset performance improvement, we focus on delivering outcomes rather than producing paperwork. We are not here to tell operators what they already know. We are here to help solve the problems that refuse to go away.
