Codivas Information

We are a collaborative community, created by a network of women professionals. We connect professionals from design agencies or small businesses, transforming images in to codes. We disclose, create and organize teams of developers all over the country,cherishing for transparency,flexibility and accountability from all members of the project. We provide opportunities for beginners connect with seniors. Women that are in a career transition,students and vulnerability. All projects have at least one beginner developer together with a senior developer and a DevOps leader. Beginner developers can start with volunteer projects or in a small tasks inside big projects, always in a real clients. Our purpouse is empower women using the power tehnology already gave to us,being a welcoming environment for raise careers,improving the equality on jobs.
