Indonesia wants to build its digital economy system but we always lack programmers. Even though there are many computer graduates we still use foreign programmers more than our own resources. We believe this happens for a reason. Many companies use foreign workers because we find that Indonesian resources have difficulty in collaborating. They find it difficult to work in a team, lack communication skills and other soft skills. Hereby Coding.id here to make a change, we want to give Indonesian resources another chance to compete in the marketplace. Hard skill is not enough, therefore we don't just provide "programming training" but we also make a transformation for our students so they can collaborate well and excel in their careers. We want to enabling Indonesian Programmers to having their best future
