Welcome to CodeWalker Institute. At CodeWalker we mentor software engineers from non-traditional backgrounds and hire them to work on projects for clients like MoveOn, Element 5 and Callisto. We pair our Jr. engineers with a Sr. developer to help them develop their technical and soft-skills, and then transition them into our apprenticeship program with a startup. CodeWalker creates apprenticeship programs for startups built-on agile workflow methodologies, tracking project progress and measuring code velocity on our in-house platform. We provide feedback and we refine - backing our engineering interns and their teams every step of the way. Our clients and startups are searching for motivated and talented jr. engineering talent and share our passion for building a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline.
