Coder Consulting is an app development agency specialized in delivering complex enterprise-level apps without compromising on outstanding user experience. We are a team of passionate developers, designers and mobile advisors based in Europe. We are specialized in developing web and mobile applications, including business process & product analysis, prototype design, application development with long-term support, setup, maintenance, and scaling of the required hardware architecture. Our core development team is located all across Europe. This lets us attract the best talent for our customers needs. Through our international network of freelancers, we can call in short- term assistance when needed. We are especially proud of our onboarding and training system, which secures long-term sustainability for us and our customers. It all starts with our CEO Maximillian Garmatsch. Born in 1986, CEO Maximilian Garmatsch discovered an early interest in software development at the age of 15. After he successfully finished his studies of Information Technology, at age 22 he started his first company, which failed in 2012. This led to a career in freelance software development in the fields of social media, education, event marketing and banking. In 2018, Maximilian founded Coder Consulting. The team has since grown to 8 Junior Developers, 1 Senior Developer, Human Resources, Marketing team. Our goals for 2019 are: -expand our development team to 50 developers. -work closely with Silicon Valley. -contribute to the open source community. -found and develop startup ideas To reach our goals in 2019 it was strategically necessary to move our main operations to the “Silicon Valley” of Europe: Romania. This region gave us access to the top developers in the European timezone and a thriving community of technology enthusiasts.
