Codepool builds AI-accelerated software for funded product teams who can't afford a second rebuild. We are a 7-person, all-senior engineering team based in Sarajevo. The leaders still write code and own design — there is no junior delivery layer underneath a senior sales front. Greenfield product builds are our preferred work; rescue and modernization engagements are how we sharpened it. Real outcomes from real engagements: $50M+ processed on platforms we built, a stalled fintech taken from missed deadlines to Series B in six months, and an e-commerce rebuild that handled 12× Black Friday traffic with 6× faster pages. We ship our own software too. ScrumGlide is our AI-assisted delivery platform — Scrum-native sprint planning, health tracking, and ticket assistance, used inside Codepool every day. TableTap is our real-time restaurant operations product, covering table-side guest ordering and the service-floor operations interface. Selected clients: Havas, DB Schenker, Fanvue, Gardena (Husqvarna), CWP Global, Rotary International, CARIAD (Volkswagen). We work best with Series A and Series B SaaS and fintech teams, and with PE operating partners running modernization mandates across mid-market portfolios. What we do: greenfield product engineering, software project rescue, legacy modernization, architecture consulting, AI-in-delivery integration, web + iOS + Android, and senior QA.
