Codem Composites is a technology business firmly embedded in the rapidly expanding market of carbon fibre component manufacture. Our focus is in the provision of a complete solution to the challenges facing our customers, in their search for the optimisation of their own product performance. Operating alongside our sister company CC Patterns Ltd allows us to deliver a seamless solution for our customers. Using the very latest in CAD-CAM software (Autodesk) and operating state of the art 3+5 axis Belotti and Haas CNC machines they are able to design and manufacture master patterns for production use. Working in harmony with CC Patterns ensures that we can manufacture patterns, moulds and components more accurately and efficiently, allowing us to deliver a fully finished component in a shorter lead-time. Our industry is constantly evolving, new products and processes are developed every day, the challenge we strive to meet is to ensure that we keep pace with all new technologies in order to best support our customers needs. Being at the leading edge of our industry, together with a diverse spread across different market sectors, has given us the advantage of a broader understanding of composites as an engineering medium. The cross pollenation of technologies from motorsport or aerospace to commercial applications such as architecture is key to expanding our own knowledge, and that of those who continue to challenge convention.
