Codecraft Works is a multi-award winning NSF SBIR R&D company and Woman-Owned Small Business that builds the technology, curriculum, and human-led delivery infrastructure behind high-performance technical workforce training. Our programs are delivered through Codecraft Institute (an FDOE-licensed post-secondary institution) giving enterprise clients, defense contractors, and workforce partners the compliance rigor and regulatory credentials that bootcamps cannot provide. We don't guess. We research. Our methodology is backed by a rare three-phase NSF SBIR award progression (Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 2B), placing us among fewer than 10% of companies to complete all three phases.
