CodeBrave Information

CodeBrave is a Lebanon-based nonprofit embedding Computer Science and AI education inside public and underserved schools. Our programmes are designed and delivered by experts in education, child psychology, and technology. They are learner-centred, hands-on, and grounded in real classroom realities, helping students build skills, confidence, and problem-solving habits they can use beyond school and into further study or work. CodeBrave began as a grassroots initiative at an orphanage in Kahaleh in 2018. Since then, we’ve grown into a national education organisation working across schools and communities in Lebanon, guided by the belief that talent is everywhere, but equitable access to opportunity is not. We deliver our work through two complementary approaches: • School Upskilling: training and coaching teachers in public and underserved schools to sustainably deliver Computer Science and AI using our STEM.org-accredited curriculum. • AI Academies: a career-launch pathway for youth aged 15–18 combining AI, web development, and entrepreneurship with real projects, internships, and career support. Impact to date • 10,000+ learners gained Computer Science and AI skills through CodeBrave • 53% of participating learners are girls • 151 teachers upskilled across 80 schools • 94% positive outcomes among AI Academies graduates (internships, employment, or scholarships) 📍 Lebanon | 🤝 Partnerships welcome
