Derek Caffe is the Chief Executive Officer and licensed real estate agent for Code Black Real Estate, LLC. Code Black Real Estate is a subsidiary of Code Black Properties, LLC, a real estate investment firm. Code Black Real Estate serves communities from South Cobb County (Powder Springs, Austell, Mableton, Smyrna) to West Atlanta (Vine City/ English Ave, West End, College Park, East Point) providing real estate brokerage and consulting services for home buyers and investors of residential/ commercial income producing properties. Derek is a retired US Army veteran and obtained his bachelor's degree from Youngstown State University with a concentration in finance. Derek later attended Clark Atlanta University for his MBA, but decided to postpone its completion after the first semester to focus on the growth of Code Black Real Estate. Code Black Real Estate has three main areas to our business: 1. We provide brokerage services (sell/ buy) for residential home-buyers. 2. We provide brokerage services (sell/ buy) for investors of residential and/or commercial income producing properties. 3. We provide consulting services to investors of residential and/or commercial income producing properties. Derek's goals for the future are to establish Code Black Real Estate as the premiere team within the Atlanta region we service, providing completed brokerage and consulting services to over 125 clients per year.
