code-b agile websolutions GmbH Information

code-b is a Berlin product engineering company. Since 2010 we build web platforms, iOS/Android apps and internal tools for media houses, e-commerce and the Mittelstand, and we stay on as the team that runs them. Clients include The Pioneer, Bringmeister (EDEKA), Deutsche Telekom, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Universal, AIDA, Momox, Paydirekt, Viva con Agua and UFA. Two examples: • The Pioneer: from an email list to a launched, paywalled news platform in four months, then five years of continuous development into one of Germany's leading ad-free digital daily newspapers. Web, iOS, Android, podcasts, Stripe subscriptions. • Bringmeister: six years of partnership. Legacy shop to API-first commerce platform for web and app, cut over with zero downtime while customers kept ordering. What we do: • Platforms, web apps and internal tools – built for handover, not for lock-in • Mobile apps – one React Native codebase for iOS and Android • Stripe partner – billing, subscriptions, marketplaces, Connect, Terminal • AI operations – agent systems with eval sets, probation periods and human approval gates; MCP integrations for existing systems; in-house AI platforms where confidential data must not leave the company. We run our own company on this model first. How we work: TypeScript, Node.js, React/Next.js, React Native, GraphQL, PostgreSQL on Vercel, AWS or Hetzner. Clean code, documented, and handed over so it works without us. Core team of 15 in Berlin plus a network of specialists. Working languages German and English. GDPR-compliant, German contracts. Software you own.
