We use only the highest graded, single source, fine aroma “Arriba”or “Nacional” Ecuadorian cocoa and we never use any chemical pesticides, herbicides, or flavor additives of any kind. All of our cocoas are also gluten & nut-free, non-GMO, as minimally processed as physically possible, and certified kosher. We also offer organic cocoa products. Coconut Cartel is the story of Mike and Dani Zig and all the places they’ve called home. Born in Miami to Latin parents, the Zig’s grew up between Miami, Guatemala and El Salvador; often spending weekdays in Central America and weekends in Miami.
