Most people know what a healthy life looks like. Starting it, and sustaining it, is the hard part. Preventative health is one of the largest unsolved problems in the world, and most of what exists solves it on an interim basis: a program ends, an app gets deleted, and people fall back to where they were. We believe the coach, not another app, is how it gets solved. But the way coaching businesses are built works against them: 1:1 models that stop scaling at 50 clients, and platforms that profit from a coach's output, not their sustainability. CoCoach is the operating system for the coaching business. We rebuilt the model around group coaching: one coach serving thousands of clients at membership pricing, with a full team behind them for marketing, sales, data and operations, on our payroll, not theirs. The result is a kind of coach that hasn't existed before: profitable at scale with zero staff, with their hours going to coaching itself. And a kind of client outcome that hasn't either: a living program built to be stayed in rather than finished, a group that keeps each other showing up, and lifestyles that hold for years instead of weeks.
