Coastal Diving Services LLC (CDS) is a full service company experienced in all aspects of commercial diving. CDS was started in 1978 by Tim Morgan. The company was purchased by Lyle Smith in the early 1990's, and has experienced rapid growth and success. While still a small business focusing on providing services in New England and the East Coast USA, CDS prides itself on its mobility, and has performed work around the world. We tailor the latest technology and techniques, from SCUBA to surface-supplied, to achieve our clients goals. Our long established track record includes experience in marine construction, bridge and pier inspections/rehabilitation, cable and pipe laying, heavy marine salvage, u/w welding & cutting, u/w color video & still photography. We also offer a comprehensive suite of lightweight commercial services such as yacht husbandry. Our divers are truly expert in the field, and a pleasure to work with, offering a unique mix of eclectic character, strong work ethic, and diverse technical and training backgrounds.
