Coaching Cafe® Information

A lot is changing in the Coaching Café® twenty years after Mary Gardner set it in motion in 2005. and registered the Coaching Café®, The Personal and Professional Coaching Café CC, trading as Coaching Café in January 2006. Lizette Gericke joined as a partner in May 2006 and made a great contribution until she left in 2011. Coaching Café’s focus until now has been on leadership coaching and development, centred around our True Leadership® program, designed and facilitated in partnership with Lynne Melis. Lynne, was a partner in Coaching Café until her retirement, after fourteen fruitful years. Coaching Café is now very privileged to welcome Annabe Tredoux. Annabe, associated with the Coaching Café in various ways from its inception, comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the health, medical, education and business environments. Annabe has additional, extensive and unique experience coaching people in the 4th Quarter of their lives. In addition to her qualification as a pharmacist, Yoga teacher and a Masters in Futures Thinking, she is a Master Certified Coach (ICF MCC) and a Certified Sage-ing® Leader (CSL) with Sageing International. It is the overlap of these last two qualifications, a long-standing relationship of trust and respect and a passion for coaching, mentoring, whole-self-awareness and Sage-ing® that has drawn us together. We are excited to build a transformed Coaching Café. We continue to offer transition and transformation coaching to leaders, professionals and individuals. What is new is our Transformative Self-Coaching programs, growing in wisdom, spirituality and fruitfulness in later years of life We designed and facilitate this together. Also on the cards is a “play it forward” Sagementoring program for graduates of G4, our Gathering, Growing and Giving with Grace Transformative Self Coaching Program.
