Coach Claus Information

Being a founder and entrepreneur is not easy, it is very hard mentally and at times physically and I compare this to doing an extreme sport. You would not go out and compete in river rafting or do a Triathlon without having understood what is required of you, have trained and prepared and learned from others who have done it before. Yet, everyday people throw themselves into the world of being an entrepreneur - full of drive and zest in an opportunity to make a change in the world. This is so admirable and courageous that I wished each and everyone success and fulfillment in their quest. Unfortunately most founders fail in their endeavor and many experience psychological hardship, loneliness and even loss of relationships and marriages. It's very tough to play this game, which is why, having a Coach who can guide and support you and who will hold you accountable, will increase your chances of success and fulfillment enormously. That the high achievers we see crushing it in the world had or have a Coach was not something most of us would know, we think they got to where they are by themselves because they are superhumans. Only in the last couple of years and especially after Eric Smidth former CEO of Google published his book The Trillion Dollar Coach about Bill Campbell it became clear that many of these high achievers such as Steve Jobs, Larry Page, and Eric Schmidt all had a coach alongside them. It does not matter how many years of experience you have, it does not matter how old you are - you can always become better and it's the job of the Coach to help you identify areas of improvement, guide you and hold you accountable to this new standard. If your dream and aspiration is to become a high achieving and successful Founder & Entrepreneur and at the same time, stay healthy, fit and in a loving relationship or marriage - Having a Coach in your corner will make that dream much more likely to come through.
