Predictive Reasoning in Synthetic Modular Biology is building FELIX, a reasoning engine that can autonomously design, execute, and learn from biology experiments. Our work encompasses 5 projects that span computational modeling, logic-based design, and wet-lab validation, teaching FELIX to plan DNA assemblies, predict outcomes, and refine its rules based on real experimental feedback. The initiative is organized into projects that iteratively develop FELIX's internal reasoning, experimental execution, and self-learning capabilities, bridging in silico prediction with in vitro biology.
