The CMS Group story began in August 1988 and, in the years since, the company has grown significantly. In 2014 we undertook a major restructure, forming CMS Construction Consultants Ltd, trading as CMS Group. This incorporated CMS Architects Ltd and CMS Project Managers & Surveyors Ltd, and gave our clients greater flexibility through a choice of distinctive service offerings. CMS believes in providing our clients with a personal service no matter the scale of the project; with a highly talented and skilled team supporting you to realise your vision. At CMS we adopt an outward-facing approach to client engagement; always mindful that the success of any space or structure can only be measured by those who use it. Our work ranges from the custom design of a new Air Ambulance base to works at prestigious private schools. Our focus is to create and collaborate closely with clients and contracted partners to ensure cost-efficient outcomes underlined by creativity, functionality and value.
