CMP is Management Consulting Concordia’s flagship experiential consulting program, designed to bridge the gap between the classroom and professional consulting. Each year, we recruit an elite cohort of 16 analysts from hundreds of applicants and prepare them through intensive consulting training before they work on real consulting engagements with organizations ranging from startups and non-profits to multinational companies.
