Our customers like to tinker with electronics, woodworking and metalworking, gunsmithing, jewelery making, arts, crafts, and just about everything else! We are based in Lexington, Kentucky. We have over 25 years of experience serving industry and small business. We maintain an online auction and several other shopping sites. Our feedback rating stands at nearly 100% over the past 9 years, and we want to keep it that way. It doesn't seem to be that difficult. We ship every day, and we pride ourselves in excellent customer service. We know your time is valuable, and our products are intended to solve your headache, not create one. Our goals are pretty simple, and based on a set of simple principles: Respond to the needs of your customers quickly Don't sell something you can't deliver When you do sell it to them, deliver it as promised Customers are more likely to come back if you don't rip them off If there's a problem, fix it quickly and properly Ensure that your customers are glad they spent their time and money with you We have just a handful of employees, including our youngest team member Luc. (in 9th Grade as of this writing). So our story is pretty simple. We like to have fun and we're always into some weird project that we'll share with you via Facebook or our blog.
