We Search & Select as well as Head Hunt and also use traditional methods to attract the best candidates for our client’s vacancies, saving client's precious time and resources. We are active users of social media allowing us to build relationships with passive candidates not actively searching for a new job. These candidates aren't usually registered on databases or reading job adverts, this gives us an edge over other agencies simply using traditional methods. We also have access to over 300 jobs boards to help fill vacancies more quickly. CML Recruitment is an Employment Agency as defined within The Conduct of Employment Agencies & Employment Businesses Regulations 2003. To give you complete peace of mind, there are no upfront costs. We charge a realistic fee for our service, only payable after a successful placement. In the highly unlikely event of a placement not working out as expected, we also offer to find a replacement – or a fee rebate. So by engaging CML, both clients and candidates (who pay no fees) have nothing to lose, but will greatly increase their chances of success.
