CMD understands that risk management and project safety take precedence over all else. Our risk management program begins with the principle of zero injury. We strive to attain this goal through our code of safe work practices and substance abuse policy along with employee training courses, project safety meetings, incentive programs, drug screening, instructional materials, and related programs. Our officers and key personnel gained their varied knowledge working with many of the region’s largest Private Developers, Builders, General Contractors, and Engineering Firms. This invaluable experience has resulted in capabilities unique to our organization.
