Innovative Mechanical specializes in design build commercial and residential Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning. We provide 24-hour emergency service, annual maintenance agreements, new equipment installation, duct work fabrication and installation, and ventilation systems. In addition to HVAC we have an on site sheet metal shop that allows us to fabricate custom ducting, architectural and general sheet metal. We are a member of U.S. Green Building Council, Build it Green and have LEED Accredited Professionals on staff.

Our CAD department is equip with the latest ACAD based TSI Fabric, 3D Pipe BIM modeling and Material Analysis software. Using this vast amount of technology, we can guarantee the most efficient, logical, and cost effective solutions to any problem. Our long standing key general foreman and Project Managers are the foundation for which the company proposes to launch into the next phase of its growth. Working collaboratively with the General Contractors and other sub-trades, the General Forman and Project Manager work in unison to plan the details of the work, engage and coordinate the activities of field supervisors and day to day construction activities, CADD department coordination drawings, and shop fabrication, jurisdictional authority inspections; as well as creating and updating labour plans and scheduling tools, equipment and material requirements in coordination with the project details and staging to maintain high labour force efficiencies which allow Urban Mechanical to remain competitive in the industry.
