CM Solutions (CMS) is a construction management firm specializing in project controls, project scheduling, cost controls, construction claims management and program management services, as well as staff augmentation. CMS acts on behalf of the owner or general contractor in support of CPM scheduling and planning, construction management services and claims analysis. CMS maximizes clients resources by managing schedules using an strategic and interpretive view of the Critical Path Method thereby allowing the customer to focus on completing the tactical tasks within deadline parameters and within budget.
