We also have extensive experience partnering with financial sponsors and leading unsponsored transactions. We focus on investments in small to lower middle market companies with a history of generating revenues and positive cash flows, an established market position, and a proven management team with a strong operating discipline. Our target portfolio companies typically have revenues of $1 million to $100 million, and EBITDA of $0.25 million and up. We also have funding solutions for start-up companies.
