When the new site launched, customers were delighted and started to think of Boring Incorporated™ as a fun, relatable brand. Because of this, they attracted more (and better) customers via organic reach and word of mouth. Until, finally, they were able to fire their paid ads vendor - Soul-Sucking Dumpster Fire, LLC - and focus entirely on building a brand so powerful it attracted customers like an industrial supermagnet. As a bonus, Dave (from marketing) experienced a miraculous recovery of his receding hairline.
