CLOVIS COMMUNITY FOUNDATION Information

The CCF is a non-profit, public benefit corporation organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law of California for charitable purposes. The specific purpose of the CCF is to promote and facilitate philanthropic activity in the areas of culture, arts and recreation in Clovis. The CCF's main purpose is to improve the quality of life and to build a greater sense of community in Clovis. The CCF is governed by a Board of Directors. The Board elects its officers (Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer and Secretary) on an annual basis on the first Saturday in June. The Board meets on a regular basis (usually once a month) to transact business. The Board may, from time to time, create one or more committees, comprised of two (2) or more Board Members and other persons to work on various projects and make recommendations to the Board.
