CloudTeams Information

CloudTeams is the AI-powered operations platform for firms that sell expertise. Consulting, engineering and go-to-market firms usually run on a stack of separate tools: a CRM, a talent spreadsheet, project management, timesheets, invoicing, contractor payouts and a help desk. None of them know what is in the others. CloudTeams puts the whole engagement on one record, so the deal, the people staffed on it, the hours they log and the invoice that follows always agree. Sell: leads, contacts, deals with an editable pipeline, quotes with line items, and hourly, flat fee or monthly retainer billing. Staff: a talent database with pay rate, bill rate and automatic margin, a bench view, best-fit suggestions for open roles, and paperwork tracking for every contractor. Deliver: projects with a timeline, timesheets with approvals, invoices created from approved hours, and contractor payouts. Each contractor gets their own portal and sees only their own data. Run the business: dashboards that read across sales, staffing and delivery, and support tickets tied to the deals they put at risk. Because everything is on one record, the AI can see all of it. AI agents draft the next step, such as a follow-up on a quiet deal, a nudge for a missing timesheet or a shortlist for an open role, and wait for a person to approve it. Ask CloudTeams answers questions from your live data with a press of Command-K. Analyze with Claude explains a contact's score with sources. AI features are optional and use your own API key. CloudTeams is built for founders and operators of small firms that sell projects and staff them with contractors. It is in early access.
