Once we have identified and remediated any issues we find, we then proactively manage and monitor your infrastructure via our MSP platform (SyncroMSP). This platform includes integrations with leading anti-virus, anti-malware, backup, and documentation tools. We install a CloudFast agent on each machine which allows us to perform monitoring, patch management and allows users to request support from our support agent on their task bar. The agent also allows us, with user authorization, to view the user’s screen and to remote control their system for effective and efficient remote support.
