Cloud37 AI Information

Cloud37 is the global consultancy for small and mid-sized businesses. We build the layer underneath: what gets written down, who can run it, and what still works when the person who knew it leaves. Most businesses were never deliberately built this way. Decisions route back through the same people. Critical knowledge lives in their heads. The same questions come back every week. Tools hold different versions of the truth. New hires are only as good as the person who had time to train them. Nobody ever built the part underneath. That's where we come in. We work as the strategist behind the business, not a vendor executing a list of tickets. We get inside how the business actually operates, understand where it depends on people, processes and tools, and determine what needs to change. Then we comes infrastructure underneath it. Infrastructure that captures what matters, connects how the business operates, and gives the right people what they need to execute without everything routing back through the same few people. But the build is only half the job. A system nobody adopts is just a document. We manage the shift alongside the business, teach the team to run it, drive adoption, and make sure the infrastructure becomes part of how the company actually operates. Strategy first. Infrastructure second. Adoption throughout. The result is a business that doesn't depend on who happens to be in the room that day. Built to scale. Built to transfer. Documented, transferable, and owned by the business.
